Fisher Creative Consulting LLC is a husband-and-wife team based in Washington State. Before we funded other people's deals, we ran our own — and that changes how we look at yours.
Our background
Operators who learned finance, not financiers guessing at operations.
Our experience runs through the hands-on side of real estate: rehabilitation contracting, hotel and hospitality turnarounds, senior living apartment management, and licensed assisted living operations. We know what a realistic rehab budget looks like, what a distressed property can actually become, and how long things really take.
That operating history is why we evaluate deals differently than a spreadsheet-only funder. When you send us a scope of work or an exit strategy, it's being read by people who have swung the hammer, managed the staff, and carried the property through to stabilization.
We're also active members of national creative-finance investing communities, working alongside wholesalers, subject-to investors, and deal-makers across the country. We speak your language, and we've built our funding process around how those deals actually move.
